Service Policy

Pricing & Payment Policy

All services are offered at a fixed price in PHP or USD, based on client preference.

Payments must be made as agreed before final delivery.

Failure to pay by the agreed date may result in delayed service, suspension, or project cancellation.

For hosted websites, unpaid accounts may display a placeholder or “payment overdue” page until settled.

Revision / Feedback Policy

Each service package includes a set number of revisions.

Additional revisions beyond the package limit may be billed under the Flexi Plan (hourly rate).

Minor adjustments can be requested before final approval without extra fees.

Unused revisions do not carry over to the next month or package.

Delivery / Watermark / Final Output Policy

All previews (images, videos, or documents) are delivered with visible watermarks.

Final outputs are delivered clean, once approved and marked “Final” by the client.

Once a project is marked “Final,” no further revisions are included unless under the Flexi Plan.

Communication & Response Policy

All official communication should be done via email or written messages for proper documentation.

Response times may vary depending on workload, but all queries will be acknowledged within 24–48 hours.

Clients are encouraged to provide clear instructions and necessary assets for faster completion.

Project Scheduling / Priority Policy

Projects are handled on a first-in, first-out (FIFO) basis.

Rush services are available for urgent projects at an additional fee.

Clients will be notified of estimated delivery timelines upon project confirmation.

Termination & Refund Policy

Either party may end the service agreement at any time with prior notice.

If the client terminates after work has begun, completed deliverables will be handed over upon payment for work rendered.

Refunds are not available for work already completed and delivered.

Hosting Policy

Web hosting is billed monthly to ensure service continuity.

Failure to renew may result in temporary suspension or placeholder pages.

Hosting fees do not include revisions, maintenance, or domain registration unless specified in the package.
